Mike Manazir has a passion for empowering emerging leaders. A graduate of Top Gun he commanded an F-14 squadron, the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, and a Carrier Strike Group, leading thousands in high-stakes environments where leadership made the difference between success and failure.
After retiring as a Two-Star Rear Admiral, Mike transitioned to the private sector, serving as an executive with a defense technology startup. In January 2025, he joined HADRIAN Automation, where he leverages his extensive experience to enhance the company’s engagement with federal programs.
Mike is a captivating storyteller, known for delivering powerful insights that inspire action, his talks frequently earn standing ovations. His leadership philosophy is built on trust, authenticity, and leading from the heart, championing a culture where merit and excellence drive advancement.
